Our frozen lambtenderloin is slaughtered from lambs which are fed up in Xinjiangand Inner Mongolia grassland. All of the lambs are inspected byveterinarian before slaughtered and all slaughtered byIslamic way. Before processing and packing, all of our meat ispre-cooled for 72 hours. Our mutton is delicate, with fat but notgreasy. It’s easy to be cooked in the hot pot, but not over cookedin longer time.
